A Settlement Agreement has been reached in the class action filed by the Immigrant Workers Centre (“CTTI”) against Newrest Holding S.A. et al. This Settlement will be presented to the Court on August 26, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in room 17.09 of the Montreal Courthouse. Please read this notice to members carefully to understand your rights.
